Issue
Generally, we have separate files for each chart in the ETM in the output_element_series folder. For example: co2_emissions.yml contains al data of the "CO2 emissions" chart.

However, the data for all the Sankey charts in the ETM are combined in one file sankey.coffee, which makes the file large and unclear. It would be preferable to have separate files for each Sankey as well.

Can there be a setup implemented where the Sankey charts are defined in separate files instead of one large file?
