Steps to reproduce:

1. Move Userscripts app into a folder.
2. Long press in home screen, choose "Dark" in Edit - Customize to make icons appear in dark mode.

Actual results:

Userscripts icon appears as default icon in folder

Expected results:

Userscripts icon appears as dark icon in folder

Strangely the icon would appear as dark icon when it is displayed in full size. Reordering or dragging the app in and out of the folder does not fix the problem.
