Inside the actions docs we have wrong references to functions that don't exist anymore. e.g. getActions

Also motivation and usage could be cleaner. The usage should explain first simple things and later the transforms. Also the benefit of transforms vs a plain Subject.

Also the word signals is not the best as we now have the therm signals in angular
