python-zeroconf removed the deprecated
addressfield (python-zeroconf/python-zeroconf#260), this PR converts to use the first address from theaddressesfield & bumps the required python-zeroconf version to^0.28This may break the discovery for older zeroconf releases, but their wording indicates that we were always using a deprecated
address, theaddresseshas likely been available also pre-0.28 (release July 2020).Fixes #891
