Because this workflow step is used as part of workflows are part of workflows that are regularly run it should be possible to provide a start point for bisecting the bot issue output by comparing to the last time the workflow ran successfully. I think an end user would need to list what packages they want interrogated but after that the github API could be used to query the workflow's last successful run and provide things like:

Last Successful -> CUrrent Failed
Xarray (ae23894) -> (kkjfnr2489)
Pandas (hash....) -> (hash....)

etc
