Logging the notes here from an email discussion (begun on 29-Oct-2021).

Suggestions for a theme:

a) I like David Robinson's blog. Especially the option for folks to subscribe, assuming it is an automatic subscription, and not linked to an external platform such as mailchimp or Substack.

FYI: I purchased this theme for Data Umbrella for $50, and really like it.
I did spend a solid 10 hours researching, setting it up, customizing it, trouble-shooting, adding content, etc.
