Feature request,  stacked generalization 

Hi, all

Always saw this [stacked generalization](http://machine-learning.martinsewell.com/ensembles/stacking/) in machine learning competition, one implementation is [here](https://github.com/dustinstansbury/stacked_generalization), is it a good idea to include stacked generalization as one of the ensemble method?
