I actually haven't seen problems with wheel builds in a while now, but two popped up during the build of the 1.17.0rc1 wheels:

1. For Python 3.13 Linux aarch64 (log: https://github.com/scipy/scipy/actions/runs/20050463500/job/57505075450#logs) the upload failed with Error: ('versions 1.17.0rc1 already exists', 400).
2. For Python 3.13 MacOS arm64 accelerate 14.0 (log: https://github.com/scipy/scipy/actions/runs/20050463500/job/57505075503) there were a few test failures at datasets/tests/test_data.py::TestDatasets that look like connectivity issues.

Naturally, I think I'll try restarting those two failures this morning as the low effort first attempt to circumvent them. If they don't go away maybe I'll have to dig deeper.
