Ⅰ. Issue Description

在file存储模式下，锁相关信息维护在内存BranchSession对象中的LockHolder中，目前console控制台查询全局锁的接口实现是直接查询BranchSession来做的。二阶段提交后，锁已释放，但Session的删除是异步的，在控制台会看到已经解锁的branch还显示持有锁的情况。
