Describe the bug
如题，使用 Node.js 20 及以上的版本运行 s cli 时会出现代码运行完成后进程无法结束的问题。

GitHub CI 里使用 Node.js 18 能正常完成全部测试任务，并正常结束进程，但高版本就会出现能完成测试任务但无法结束进程的现象。
这个问题之前在云效 Flow 上也出现过类似的情况。
