Given the below, project returns the distance along the line for the first intersection. Would it be worth making this explicit in the docs?

import shapely

l = shapely.geometry.LineString([(0,0),(1,0),(1,1),(0,1),(0,0)])
p = shapely.geometry.Point(0,0)
l.project(p)

0.0

I'd love it if project returned a list of all distances along the line e.g. [0.0, 4.0], but I guess this is how GEOS does it.
