Two updates landed:

1. Preview before sending. Picking a canned response in chat now opens a preview dialog so you can review (and fill in any blanks) before it goes out.
2. Agent-name auto-fill. Use {{ user_name }} (or {{ agent_name }} — they're aliases) anywhere in your canned response and it'll be replaced with the signed-in agent's name.

Custom placeholders too: any other token you write — {{ code }}, {{ order_id }}, etc. — becomes an input field in the preview dialog, so the agent fills it in before sending.

{{ contact_name }} and {{ phone_number }} continue to auto-resolve from the contact, as before.
