Proposed new feature or change:

We have some targets in the Makefile that use some tools that have been deprecated (nose for example) or that we aren't using anymore (pylint for example).

I think we should update these targets, and also make a cleanup so we can delete the ones that aren't intended to be used.

We should also extend the help target to add descriptions about the targets we are going to leave.

The idea came after discussing with @ghwilliams
