Batch Remote Parititioning does not pass Boot3 info to partitions #5551
Description
Currently when a user launches a Partitioned Batch Application that is Boot 3 / Batch 5 the batch and task table prefix names are not passed to the partitioned apps. This causes the partitioned apps to fail because they are using the incorrect tables to record execution information.
Identified in SCDF OSS 2.11.1
