Details for the issue

currently if I export some database tables, the output sql file always contain indexes of all tables in the database, which means my selection of tables is ignored.

I'm opening this issue because:

• DB4S is crashing
• DB4S has a bug
• DB4S needs a feature
• DB4S has another problem

I'm using DB4S on:

• 3.9.1
• 3.9.0
• Other: SQLite-2017-05-15-win64.exe
