What did you do?

Changed the encoding "for all tables", then issued a SQL query

What did you expect to see?

The chosen encoding to apply to the resulting table

What did you see instead?

Original encoding (i.e. "BLOB" where data contained accented letters (I'm from France!)

using SQLite Version 3.35.5
