Stefan reported that PoC customers where having trouble setting up their k8s clusters (for example missing access rights in cloud accounts).

We should expand the "Installing Kubernetes" section in the getting started guide to include some information for the most common managed k8s providers. No explicit walkthroughs but links to their documentation and possibly links to some common errors people have (i.e. missing access rights).
