The portal URL has changed: https://portal strapi.io but you can also email support [@) strapi.io for tickets as well. (note for others reading this, official support is only for paying customers) |

Context: I'm using Strapi Cloud
Problem: Next payment cycle is near but I cannot add Card.
Legacy: I'm received this project from other team and they had remove their cards already.
What happened:
I cannot add card to my account and continuously received 'Warning:Something went wrong.'
I tried to go to my tickets via https://portal.strapi.io/?tab=issues&durationMs=31536000000 and keep seeing.
Customer portal not found.So, I have noway to reach out to Strapi Team except Form and Git.
