I'm starting a new project (centered around Jira) using Hanami, and would like to avoid having any Rails/Active* libraries in my dependencies

I have forked and updated the gem to auto detect either ActiveSupport or dry-inflector, which is what is included in Hanami apps. There's minimal code changes, and I have all specs passing. For using the gem itself, there's no changes.

Would you be open to a PR to allow either inflector library to be used? I would be happy to submit a PR if that would be of interest
