Something went wrong on Clearing the cache for the dev environment with debug true

Cannot rename "/.../app/cache/dev/." to "/.../app/cache/dev/._old".

The last working version for me: 5be0125
Wrong version: 7027068

I still have the same issue in OSX - after #10937 , tried 2.4 and 2.5.*
Suggestions?

Resolved issue by using: minimum-stability: 'stable' and 2.4 branch instead of 'dev' and 2.4/2.5
