See symfony/symfony#21039 for the feature and http://symfony.com/blog/new-in-symfony-3-3-webserverbundle for an introduction.

I propose to only show in the docs the new way to work with the commands: without passing any argument with the address and port. Then, add in a note/tip a quick mention to that address + port argument.

The first part of this (documenting the bundle itself) can't be done in this repo, so I've created symfony/symfony#22471. Then we'll update the rest of the docs to use this new bundle.
