On the main window, there is the [SQL] button, with shortcut Cmd+E, wuth the description "Open SQL Editor".

There are two issues with this:

1. Cmd+E shortcut does not always work. It doesn't work when you have no open tabs. It doesn't work when you are editing a cell. It doesn't work when the focus is in the filter fields.

2. This button has no equivalent in the menus. Which makes the button in the toolbar the only way to activate the functionality when the keyboard shortcut doesn't work. And also makes it impossible to change the shortcut to something else since MacOS can change keyboard shortcuts in the apps only if they are in the menus.

I did not create two separate issues since I suspect these will be fixed together but I can split this in two if you wish.

I have been paying for TablePlus for years now, and this has been a long-standing issue.
