The UI accepts the following for SFT:

- OPENAI_BASE_URL
- FIREWORKS_BASE_URL
- FIREWORKS_ACCOUNT_ID
- TOGETHER_BASE_URL

They're all optional except for FIREWORKS_ACCOUNT_ID which is mandatory.

We should move all this to the gateway. We need a small RFC for the configuration.
