Description

I'd love to translate the documents into Traditional Chinese (zh_Hant in ISO 15924, or zh-TW/zh-HK in BCP 47) but currently only the 2-digit language codes in ISO 639-1 are allowed. The current zh doc is actually in Simplified Chinese (zh_Hans in ISO 15924, or zh-CN in BCP 47). Is there any possibility to loose that limitation?

• CPython adopts glibc locale codes and the official Python document has zh-tw and zh-cn versions.
• MSDN has zh-cn, zh-tw, and zh-hk language tags.
