v5: Bootstrap tooltips don't appear after numbers of focusing

- Browser: **Chrome version 87.0.4280.88**

Titled problem occurs even on official docs of bootstrap website at [here](https://getbootstrap.com/docs/5.0/components/tooltips). Tooltips all after some hovering are disappeared and not be accessible any more.
