Description

#6014 discusses breaking changes to config presets for the v6 branch. We've applied most of those changes in the v6 branch already. But there may be some changes to those changes that come out of the discussion.

At the very least:

• feat(eslint-plugin): add no-duplicate-type-constituents rule #5728: was merged into main after v6 was released in beta
• Enhancement: [restrict-plus-operands] Bring in options from restrict-template-expressions #6110: at time of filing this issue, not yet merged

Filing this tracking issue to make sure we apply any changes we need before v6 is released as stable.
