Description

I would like to have strict blocking enabled but also have an option to proceed to the blocked site after seeing what the site it is.

A specific URL where the issue occurs.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable strict blocking
2. Just open a blocked link, e.g. this one, and there's no option to proceed.

Expected behavior

An option to proceed after seeing the site that is blocked

Actual behavior

I have no option to proceed. I need go to the settings, disable strict blocking, then reload the tab, then enable strict blocking again.
