When using templates with autodiscovery, often some Items and Triggers are added that contribute "noise" and "undesired alarms", while at the same time the same type of item/trigger is desired to be auto-added. An example of this could be "Link up/Link down" states for client-edge ports of an SNMP monitored network switch, or port-create/port-delete of RemoteAccess-VPN virtual ports.

It would be very useful to have per-host item-enable/disable and per-host trigger-enable/disable as part of zabbix-cli. The required underlying functionality seems to be present in the API.
