bash-completion package of Arch, Fedora has
/usr/share/bash-completion/completions/chmod which is conflicting with uutils package without prefix while zsh and fish does not.

Personally,I don't see reasons to generate shell completions by uutils since they are compatible with GNU coreutils'one.
