Add integration with Permissions Policy

This has already been implemented in Chrome ([issue 796894](https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=796894)) based on the [Feature Policy specification](https://github.com/w3c/webappsec-feature-policy/blob/master/features.md#sensor-features) however this should be mentioned directly in this specification.
