[Bug]: The Ctrl+[ key is being mistakenly recognised as Ctrl+]. #3334

Current Behavior

The Ctrl+[ key is supposed to behave in the same way as Esc, but in practice it is replaced by Ctrl+] and does not work. For example, if you press Ctrl+[ in cat, the result is as follows.

(ins)❯ cat
^]

Expected Behavior

Normally, pressing Ctrl+[ should have the same effect as pressing Esc.
