Improvements for https://webpack.js.org/blog/ page

What we need to improve:
1. Posts in the left column should be ordered by date
2. On the https://webpack.js.org/blog/ page we should show a minimal version of posts (truncated text with a link and a date) and also they should be ordered by date

No more popular and next on [this page](https://webpack.js.org/blog/), but we should keep `Previous` and `Next` on the page of the post
