• generate wppm wheel in the cloud via github actions
• WinPython local build moved to python script+TOML
• WinPython cloud re-build logic is created on the cloud via github actions , now the only build published
• local AI integration (onnxruntime for now)
• other hopes by decreasing order of likelyhood:
  • numba-0.62.0rc2 / numpy-2.3.2
  • pip handling natively pylock.toml files (PEP-0751)

next cycle:

• leaner local and cloud builds integration
• free-threading 3.14
• looking at arm building (today 13% marketshare, guessing will go 20% in 2026)
