First of all I'd like to say thank you for this awesome tool! It removes a burden for working with Claude Code, but it seems to be just a little bit too eager.

I use plan mode a lot, and usually Claude doesn't get it right from the first time, so I go back and forth a few times to finetune the plan before telling Claude to execute it.

I have noticed that since installing CCB, Claude no longer asks me for the plan approval and instead just starts executing its first plan as soon as it's ready. This is not what I want. Is that intended behavior for CCB or is it a bug/can it be prevented with a switch?
