针对项目各种问题，做了相关修复，在Windows已经正常跑通。很多功能还未实现或很简陋，只能说勉强能用。
架构起的很大，功能还是不少缺失的，目前只修复了本地asr（加了faster-whisper），然后LLM使用dashscope（阿里的），视频不支持H265
Addressed various issues in the project, and it has been running normally on Windows. Many features are yet to be implemented or are very basic, and can only be said to be minimally functional.
The architecture is ambitious, but there are still many missing features. Currently, only the local ASR (with faster-whisper added) has been fixed, and the LLM can only use dashscope (Alibaba's), with video not supporting H265.

前端设置llm后，提交视频，celery处理任务（asr识别，llm分析，很多个步骤，可以看运行日志）
