Bullet list ticking not working since 18.4.2

Self hosted GitLab 18.4.2 community edition

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new issue
2. Add a bullet list in the description
3. Tick one item
4. Refresh the page

Actual behavior

Ticking an item from the bullet list does nothing

Expected behavior

Ticked item should be listed as completed
