24-Hour Offline Hackathon
Hackcelerate’26 is a national-level offline hackathon where students from across the country collaborate to build impactful and technology-driven solutions. Participants will have 24 hours to conceptualize, prototype, and present innovative solutions addressing real-world challenges.
This hackathon is designed to encourage innovation, teamwork, problem-solving, and practical implementation.
Important Note
- Every team member must submit the same idea and the same PPT.
- Submissions must strictly follow the Hackcelerate’26 PPT template
- All registered teams must join the official WhatsApp group for updates, instructions, and announcements:
Round 1: Idea Submission (Online)
- Participants are required to submit their idea presentation before the deadline.
- Only teams with valid submissions will be considered for shortlisting.
Submission Deadline: January 15th, 2026
Required Format: Hackcelerate’26 PPT Template
Eligibility Criteria
- Submissions must follow the official PPT template.
- Team size must be 2 to 4 members.
- Each participant must submit the same idea as part of a team.
- Participants must be current UG students.
Members may be from different colleges.
Submission Rules
- Round 1 will be conducted entirely online.
- Participants may select any problem statement under approved domains on our website.
- Shortlisted teams must RSVP within 48 hours of the announcement.
Failure to RSVP will lead to disqualification. - Only RSVP-confirmed teams will be eligible for Round 2.
Round 2: Offline Hackathon (January 30–31)
- The hackathon duration is 24 hours.
- Internet connectivity and power supply will be provided.
- Core development must take place during the hackathon window.
- Participants may research and plan beforehand, but no pre-built projects or reused code will be allowed without disclosure.
- Any violation may result in disqualification.
Judging Criteria
Projects will be evaluated by a panel of external judges, domain experts, and sponsor representatives based on:
- Innovation
- Technical Implementation
- Impact and Usefulness
- Feasibility and Scalability
- Presentation and Demonstration
The decision of the jury will be final.
Participation Policy
- Team changes or reshuffling will not be allowed after submission.
- Only complete and rule-compliant submissions will be considered.
