Adding `feagi_evolutionary` library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add feagi-evolutionary

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

feagi-evolutionary = "0.0.12"

The feagi_evolutionary library will be automatically available globally. Read the feagi_evolutionary library documentation.
