Adding oparl_service_facade library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add oparl-service-facade

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

oparl-service-facade = "0.15.0"

The oparl_service_facade library will be automatically available globally. Read the oparl_service_facade library documentation.
