Adding qoqo_qryd library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add qoqo-qryd

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

qoqo-qryd = "0.21.0"

The qoqo_qryd library will be automatically available globally. Read the qoqo_qryd library documentation.
