Adding `safe_cache` library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add safe_cache

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

safe_cache = "0.2.2"

The safe_cache library will be automatically available globally. Read the safe_cache library documentation.
