Adding smdiff_decoder library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add smdiff-decoder

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

smdiff-decoder = "0.5.0"

The smdiff_decoder library will be automatically available globally. Read the smdiff_decoder library documentation.
