    Our customer and implementation partner, David Bradshaw, Chief Transformation and Technology Officer at Guideway Care, on why self-hosted infrastructure for voice AI matters to large healthcare organizations. "Architecturally, what we like about Bland, is we're not connecting to a bunch of APIs and disparate cloud systems: TTS from this vendor, LLM from that vendor, voice from that vendor. Their architecture allows us one place to go, one tenant, for our organization... And all of that data stays inside of that tenant which helps us from a security and confidence standpoint. But also, as we vet this through our larger corporations and health systems, we pass the security reviews with ease."
