Reo.dev has raised $4 million in a seed funding round led by Heavybit, with participation from India Quotient and Foster Ventures, to launch its AI-native go-to-market (GTM) platform for DevTool companies. The Bengaluru-based startup is building a new generation of GTM infrastructure tailored for developer-first businesses—those that rely on bottom-up adoption and open-source engagement rather than traditional enterprise sales. With this funding, Reo.dev aims to transform how DevTool companies identify and engage potential customers by leveraging developer data from sources such as GitHub commits, documentation usage, and open-source contributions. Its AI-driven system converts these signals into actionable insights, helping teams in sales, marketing, and revenue operations understand which accounts are ready to engage and how best to reach them. The platform is designed to integrate seamlessly into existing workflows on tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Outreach, making developer intent visible and measurable for GTM teams. Already, more than 100 developer-focused startups—including LangChain, N8N, DataHub, and Chainguard—are using Reo.dev to turn developer adoption into scalable revenue. With plans to expand its team, open its first U.S. office, and accelerate product development, Reo.dev is positioning itself at the forefront of the AI-led transformation in developer-focused go-to-market strategies. The company’s mission is simple yet powerful: to help DevTool companies convert developer interest into predictable growth through intelligence, automation, and precision. AI didn’t enter fintech through hype. It entered through decisions that started breaking at scale. You can see it in how some Indian fintechs are actually building. At Razorpay, Harshil Mathur uses ML deeply in fraud detection and risk monitoring protecting merchants without slowing payments. And at Lendingkart, Harshvardhan Lunia applies AI led underwriting to approve more MSMEs without blowing up defaults. None of this looks flashy. But it shows up in numbers. That’s AI’s real role in fintech. Not creativity, consistency. Curious which fintech you think is using AI most meaningfully, beyond the buzzwords? #fintech #ai #operations

BrowserStack • 25K followers
I’m happy to announce that BrowserStack is doing a $125 million ESOP and share buyback – our largest yet, and one of the biggest in the Indian startup ecosystem. For years, we’ve handed every new joiner at BrowserStack a copy of Blitzscaling on their first day. Today, it feels like we’ve actually lived it. When Nakul and I started building this, we had a simple belief: if we're going to scale fast, everyone who's part of the journey should own a real piece of it. And BrowserStack has scaled. What began with five products is now a 21-product, end-to-end testing platform spanning functional, visual, and accessibility testing, test management, and debugging. We now support 50,000+ teams and over 3 million tests every day, with AI integrated across the entire testing lifecycle to help teams move faster and ship with confidence. That product strength, combined with profitable, disciplined growth, is what makes this buyback possible. This round will benefit over 500 current and former Stackmates, along with investors, and takes our total buybacks to over $275 million shared with the people who backed BrowserStack from the beginning. Here's to building the next decade with the same conviction.

If ONDC made sense, Agentic commerce absolutely will kill it. Stripe launched Agentic commerce protocol for US, while the infra and market is ready in India. An opportunity for Indian Fintech space. The whole value ecosystem of marketplaces to connect buyer and Seller via Search, Algorithms and recommendation has become a commodity now. Dehlivery can deliver and so can multiple other delivery startups. Businesses can get easy storage. Agents(chatgpt) can create customised checkout experience for buyers on the go, with integration with Stripe. Discovery is easy with Gemini, Gpt, perplexity etc, as a user I never have to visit Amazon again. As there is not much Amazon would add value to a user. ONDC if can create a meta-agent for businesses, Clients like GPt and other can simply place order and checkout in seconds without any API or marketplace. The missing part is trust for Returns, Quality, but that was still always the case before eCommerce, if small businesses can create solid brands from customer experience perspective, they don't need to spend 15% commission to marketplace. Local commerce and quick commerce can bridge the gap, having phyiscal presence at convenient distance brings trust. https://lnkd.in/gnUXPjzw

Over the last few days, many developers across India have reported that projects hosted on Supabase and Firebase are not accessible on certain Indian ISP networks(like Jio, Airtel). Based on technical observations shared within the community, it appears that some ISP DNS resolvers are returning incorrect (sinkhole) IP addresses for these domains. This effectively blocks access, even though the platforms themselves are operational globally. The reported reason behind this move is to curb illegal betting applications that were allegedly hosted using these backend services. However, the side effect is that thousands of legitimate applications, startups, and student projects that depend on these platforms are also impacted. From a technical perspective, this seems to be DNS-level blocking rather than deep packet inspection. When an ISP’s default DNS resolver returns a manipulated IP address, the browser simply cannot establish a connection to the correct server. A practical workaround for users facing this issue is to switch from the ISP’s default DNS to a public DNS resolver such as: 1.1.1.1 (Cloudflare DNS) 8.8.8.8 (Google Public DNS) In most cases, changing the DNS settings at the device or router level restores access immediately because the domain resolves to its actual IP address instead of the ISP’s sinkhole IP. For developers, one simple step could be using your own custom domain instead of fully depending on the default platform subdomain. It may help in situations like this where an entire domain gets blocked. At the same time, it feels like blocking complete platform domains affects many genuine apps along with the problematic ones. When large infrastructure decisions are taken, the impact goes beyond just the intended targets. For me, the key takeaway is simple: It helps to have a basic understanding of how things like DNS work, even at a high level. Small technical awareness can save a lot of confusion when something suddenly stops working. Incidents like this are a reminder that as developers, we should try to build projects in a way that they don’t depend on just one configuration or one path to access. #firebase #supabase
