Palix AI provides users with access to AI-powered content generation tools, including but not limited to text-to-image, text-to-music, image-to-image, and video generation capabilities. Account Creation: To access most features of the service, you need to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
User Responsibilities: You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use Palix AI. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
Credit Purchase: Palix AI operates on a credit-based system. You can purchase credits through our pricing plans using Stripe or Creem payment processors.
Credit Usage: Credits are consumed when you generate AI content. Different AI models and generation parameters may require different amounts of credits.
Credit Validity: All purchased credits are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Credits must be used within this 30-day period, after which any unused credits will expire and cannot be used or refunded.
Non-Refundable: All credit purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or at our sole discretion.
Credit Deduction: Credits are deducted from your account upon successful generation of AI content. Failed generations will not consume credits.
Account Termination: Upon account termination, any remaining credits will be forfeited unless otherwise required by law.
Content Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you generate using Palix AI, subject to our rights and the rights of third parties as outlined in these Terms.

Content Moderation: We reserve the right to review, moderate, or remove generated content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
AI Model Limitations: AI-generated content is provided "as is" and may contain inaccuracies, errors, or unexpected results. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of generated content for any particular purpose.
Commercial Use: Subject to compliance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy, you may use AI-generated content for commercial purposes. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use complies with all applicable laws and third-party rights.
Prompt and Generation Data: By submitting prompts and generation requests, you grant us the right to use this data to improve our AI services, train models, and enhance platform functionality.
Public Visibility Toggle: Some creation pages include a Public Visibility toggle. When enabled, you consent to allow us to display selected generated outputs (and related metadata such as model, aspect ratio, and prompt, where applicable) in public galleries, showcases, or marketing surfaces. You can disable this setting in the creation interface at any time to opt out of future public display.
Platform Ownership: All content provided through Palix AI, including but not limited to the website, software, user interface, templates, code, and documentation, is the property of palix.ai and is protected under copyright and other intellectual property laws.
License to Use: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Palix AI for your personal or commercial content generation needs, subject to these Terms.
User-Generated Content: While you retain ownership of your AI-generated content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and process your content as necessary to provide the service.
Third-Party AI Providers: Our AI capabilities are powered by third-party API service providers. The use of these AI models is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

Billing: You agree to pay all charges associated with your credit purchases.
