Hello,
   I'm upgrading from 7.1.3 to 7.2, and I'm having some problems with
createlang for plpgsql.  When using the new plpgsql.dll, I get
'dlopen: win32 error 127'.  I can install the language using 7.1.3's
plpgsql.dll.  I'm running postgre on windows 2000, Cygwin 1.3.9,
cygipc 1.11.1.  Any ideas, suggestions, etc.  Thanks
