Code Review

This pull request updates the package version, configures npm workspaces, and updates a few dependencies in the site package. The workspace configuration and most dependency updates look good. However, I've identified a potential compatibility issue with the update of eslint-plugin-react-hooks in site/package.json. The new version is not suitable for React 19, which is used in the project. My review includes a suggestion to address this.
