What is this feature?
This PR bumps scenes package to fix a problem related to datasource variable support. See details in the linked issue. The problem was introduced in 11.3, to this fix needs to be backported.
Cannot include the tests in the backport PR since the test plugin didn't exist in 11.3.
Why do we need this feature?
To fix datasource variable support in plugins.
