it's usually a PITA without flex to upgrade all symfony packages to a given version.
It’s even more true when a new minor (or major) version is released.
So I added flex, so that we can do
SYMFONY_REQUIRE=7.4 composer uI've also committed
symfony.lockto not be annoyed by recipes too often.This is an experiment, and might be rolled back if this gets annoying for some reasons
