MinGW: A native Windows port of the GNU Compiler Collection (GCC), with freely distributable import libraries and header files for building native Windows applications; includes extensions to the MSVC runtime to support C99 functionality. All of MinGW's software will execute on the 64bit Windows platforms.

unluac is a decompiler for Lua 5.0 through 5.4. It runs on Lua chunks that have been compiled with the standard Lua compiler. It requires that debugging information has not been stripped from the chunk. (By default, the Lua compiler includes this debugging information.) This program is written in Java. A JAR package is available in the downloads section so you don't have to compile it. It runs from the command line and accepts a single argument: the file name of a Lua chunk. The decompiled code is printed to the standard output. Here is an example usage of unluac: java -jar unluac.jar myfile.lua > myfile_decompiled.lua The current version also has pretty good support for Lua 5.0 and Lua 5.1. Support for later versions is also good if the code doesn't use too many gotos.

JPPM is a packager manager for JPHP like npm or composer. JPPM will help you to build and run jphp applications or write new packages. JPHP is a new implementation for PHP which uses the Java VM. It supports many features of the PHP language (7.1+). How does it work? JPHP is a compiler like javac, it compiles PHP sources to JVM bytecode and then can execute the result on the Java VM. We develop a new IDE for beginners like Game Maker or Scirra Construct. It's based on JPHP, JavaFX, Java 8, and Gradle, and allows to creation of desktop games and apps for Linux, Windows, and Mac (maybe Android and other platforms in the future). JPHP is not a replacement for the Zend PHP engine or Facebook HHVM. We don’t plan to implement the zend runtime libraries (e.g. Curl, PRCE, etc.) for JPHP. The Open Fortran Project (OFP) provides a Fortran 2008 compliant parser and associated tools. These tools provide a Java and C API for actions called when parser rules are completed. It also provides Fortran interfaces to the OpenCL runtime (new). IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Open Fortran Project has switched to using a parser based on SDF (Syntax Definition Formalism). While the SDF parser is not as advanced as the ANTLR-based parser, it provides much more capabilities, including a term rewriting system for creating a Fortran AST (Abstract Syntax Tree) using Stratego/XT (see http://strategoxt.org) and other custom program transformations.
